Technical Support Engineer
Should have 1-3 year of experience
- Active monitoring of Production and Test setup for multiple project
- Report production issues to development team and add in to the track
- Build deployment on Test and Production setup as per requirement
- Application & Hardware testing
- Customer support on email, Skype and phone
- Troubleshooting the customer issues and resolved (Application, Network and system)
- Take new requirement and add in to the track
- Rotational shift (24/7)
- As and when required need travel international and domestic locations to support product implementation.
- Co-ordination between development team, QA team, Systems team and customer
