Niranjan Dusane, Executive Director

Director and co-founder of Dusane, Niranjan is it’s resident creative genius and is responsible for ideation of products and solutions. His focus is always on developing cutting-edge technology IP for Dusane which in turn helps clients in growing their business and he works closely with industry consultants for attaining this goal.

Niranjan brings years of experience in key areas like solutions architecting, software product development and large-scale project management which make it possible to effectively handle a project of any size. This experience has been gained at Webware Technologies where he held the post of Director – Technology and prior to that he worked with Mukund Steels and Bentley Nevada.

Sajan Nair, Executive Director

Sajan is Director and co-founder of Dusane. Sajan is responsible for promoting Dusane’s products and services to its customers and for forming strategic alliances with partners and other technology operations companies. Sajan heads the pre-sales, account servicing, and project planning team. Before forming Dusane, Sajan was Director – Operations at Webware Technologies.

Hitendra Jetley, Head Delivery

Hitendra heads the technology team at Dusane. Hitendra is responsible for delivery, architecture review, project management and QA. Hitendra has over 20 years IT industry experience in various capacities including IT infrastructure management, software development, solutions architecting and project management. Hitendra is a hands-on professional in software development and his versatility is Dusane’s asset. Hitendra is equally competent in software and systems.

Venugopal Muthyala, Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing

Venu is responsible for S&M initiatives including business development for Dusane’s offerings with specific focus on growing the business from our gaming solutions. Venu has extensive experience in IT and Telecom spread over 21 years in India, Sri Lanka and West Africa. Building, developing and supporting the channel partners, Enterprise sales, managing SBU operations independently and identifying and developing new markets are some of his key strengths. Ensuring a win-win for clients, partners and DI are part of his constant endeavor and a top priority when gauging and firming up solution offerings for DI’s gaming, media and transaction based solutions.

Dr. Prakash Bhonde, Head – IP & Incubation Services

Dr. Prakash heads the IP & Solutions incubation group at Dusane. Dr. Prakash is an expert in handling software patents and copyright management. Dr. Prakash is responsible for defining the solutions charter and specifications. Dr. Prakash brings over 28 years of experience as a consultant to leading IT organizations as well as engineering companies.
